根据1999年消费人保护法令,消费人索偿仲裁庭有权利在不超过RM25,000的索偿下开庭审讯关于货物(Goods)与服务(Services)的索偿。消费者能选择上网,透过仲裁庭的电子系统 (e-Tribunal) ,投诉商家以索偿。
