In XTS Technologies, we provide CAD design service for Karakuri to support customer manufacturing. Kindly contact our sales team to set an appointment and our design team will come up with a design solution. The CAD design drawing with a list of necessary material and parts list will be submitted together with a quotation. Every product of Karakuri will be assemble and tested before delivery to ensure product quality and customer satisfication.
Below is the example of Karakuri Lifting Rack that has been deliver to the customer. The process flow of the Karakuri system is as the following:
Process flow
1. Worker Slide the door upward to open the door.
2. Worker load the Lifting Rack with Box, and slide the door back to close.
3. Worker then fill the upper part of box.
4. Worker press the foot pedal, and the table will lift upward due to the counter weight at the back.
5. Worker load the lower part of box. When finish, worker will unload the box.
6. After unload the box, worker push the table back down to original position.
