  • High velocity exit allows mixture stream to fill closed molds, minimizing use of multiple heads to fill molds
  • Available in a range of mixing chamber diameters to accommodate various output requirements
  • Available in a long stroke model for better laminar flow
  • Elastomer seals on mix piston eliminates need to ''foam'' in head to create seal
  • Ideal for materials such as rigid or flexible urethanes
  • Self-cleaning
  • Flow rates: 12 to 360 lbs/min (5.4 to 163 kg/min)

Carbide option available for applications requiring abrasive fillers

  • Same as L-Style mixing head, but includes carbide inserts on mix piston and orifices for increased mixing head life
  • Designed for filled rigid or flexible urethanes
