3M Scotchlite Reflective Sheeting Series 610 is an adhesive-coated sheeting with an easy release liner. It is intended for production of short term multicolor emblems, markings and non-tracffic signs. It gives the same appearance in the day time and at night time when viewed by reflected light. The sheeting retains its reflectivity even when totally wet by rain or when viewed at wide entrance angles.
