AgitestTM Food Allergen Rapid Test - SESAME is an immunochromatographic test for the detection of sesame in food. All reagents required for the test are included in the test kit. Results are interpreted visually. The kit is intended to be used for sesame protein contamination in processed foods. AgitestTM Food Allergen Rapid Test - SESAME can be used with AgitestTM Environmental Swab Kit (Product Number: SR00013220) for the detection of sesame on surface, and thus is appropriate to act as a qualitative analyzing tool for food allergens in environmental cleaning.
