Our fast and efficient solution for small parts with high production volumes
VISION is the smallest series among all LK die casting machines providing fast and efficient production cycle. It is commonly used for producing small parts like zipper, button, snap hook, etc., which satisfies high volume production projects.
- Very short cycle time for casting parts required high production volume to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
- User friendly with simple text display allows easy and intuitive control of machine.
- Reliable production by integration of gooseneck and crucible, ensures great temperature consistency and reduces heat loss.
- High efficiency because of fast die closing/opening speed, thus shortens cycle time.
