Chinese Black Vinegar is widely used in Chinese cooking for all types of appetizers, braised meats and fishes, noodles and as a dipping condiment for dumplings. It will enhance the taste of the dishes with just a few drops of Chinese Black Vinegar.
It is widely use in restaurant together with the braised shark-fin soup or any other seafood soup or even a vegetarian soup or any other soup which is having a thicker texture. It will increase the taste of the soup by just adding a few drops.
