ARTIFICIAL VENEGAR (白醋)
Artificial Vinegar or synthetic vinegar is acetic acid diluted with water.
It maybe used in marinades, it can function as tenderizing agent for meats, seafood as well as vegetables. Besides marinating, it can be used for preservation, or pickling, of a wide variety of foods such as vegetables, meat, fish and fruits.
Artificial vinegar will work fine for cleaning as well. It removes dirt and oil well.
