Direction for use:
-Thaw under refrigeration 2 -7C for 24-36 hours before use.
-shake well before opening . Pour into a chilled bowl (Should not exceed 20% of bowl capacity )
-Mix on medium speed or high speed until soft peaks form and gloss disappears.
-Whipped product must be refrigerated and can be frozen.
Storage Method:
-Store at 18c
-Keep Refrigerated after thawed
