Animal Sausage Steamed Bun Workshop(Hands-on)
Date : 18th June 2022, Saturday
Time : 10am-4pm
Fee : RM368/pax
Steamed bun recipe will be given in the class.( In English/ Mandarin)
All materials, ingredients and tools will be provided during workshop.
Student will learn:
- preparation of steamed bun dough from scratch.
-knowing the ingredients used.
- Tips & technique of dough kneading to achieve smooth, soft and fluffy bun without adding any actitive or softener
- Colour mixing technique
- Tips & tricks of proofing and steaming bun perfectly.
* Student will bring home 4 sausage steamed buns (moo moo ,bunny , piggy ,and carrot). in a box
* Using all natural food powder.
Terms and conditions:*completed vaccination, practising social distancing and mask is mandatory.
*Full payment is required upon confirmation, no refund, no bring forward, but transferable to 3rd party only for same day event
