Enalapril maleate
Indication
Hypertension, particularly indicated in combination with diuretics & digitalis for treatment of severe congestive heart failure not responding to other measures. As adjuvant therapy in moderate & sometimes mild congestive heart failure.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food.
Drug interaction
Potentiated by hydrochlorothiazide, propranolol, timolol & α-methyldopa. NSAIDs. Immunosuppressive agents.
