Indication
Breast cancer, adjuvant: Postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive early breast cancer. Extended treatment of early breast cancer in postmenopausal women who have received prior standard adjuvant tamoxifen therapy. Advanced: 1st-line treatment of postmenopausal women with hormone-dependent advanced breast cancer. Advanced breast cancer of postmenopausal women w/ disease progression following antiestrogen therapy.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food.
Drug interaction
Plasma conc may be decreased by tamoxifen.
