Indication
Patients more than16 year old with chronic hepatitis B & evidence of HBV replication.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food.
Drug interaction
Increased exposure with trimethoprim/sulphamethoxazole. Increased Cmax of zidovudine. Inhibit zalcitabine intracellular phosphorylation.
