Indication
Management of reversible bronchospasm associated w/ obstructive airway diseases in patients who require more than a single bronchodilator.
Instruction
1 respules three to four times daily
Drug interaction
Enhanced effect w/ β-adrenergics, xanthine derivatives & corticosteroids. Reduced effect w/ β-blockers. Enhanced action w/ MAOIs or TCAs. Increased susceptibility to CV effects w/ halogenated hydrocarbon anaesth inhalation eg, halothane, trichloroethylene & enflurane. Aggravated hypokalemia on cardiac rhythm w/ digoxin. Increased risk of induced hypokalemia w/ xanthine derivatives, glucocorticosteroids & diuretics.
