Indication
Treat and prevent vitamin C deficiency.
Instruction
Drink plenty of liquids the chewable tablet must be chewed before you swallow it and chewed as long as desired and then thrown away. Do not crush, chew, or break an extended-release tablet. Swallow it whole.
Drug interaction
Other drugs may interact with ascorbic acid, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products. Tell each of your health care providers about all medicines you use now and any medicine you start or stop using.
