Desloratadine
Indication
Allergic conditions.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food.Adult: 5 mg once daily.Child: 6-11 mth 1 mg; 1-5 yr 1.25 mg; 6-11 yr 2.5 mg. Doses to be taken once daily.
Drug interaction
Potential increase in plasma concentrations w/ drugs affecting hepatic microsomal enzymes (e.g. azithromycin, cimetidine, erythromycin, fluoxetine, ketoconazole).
