Hepatitis B vaccine recombinant (thiomersal-free), containing recombinant HBsAg
Indication
Active immunization against infection caused by HBV.
Instruction
Adult & childn >10 yr 20 mcg IM. Childn ≤10 yr & neonate 10 mcg IM. Repeat dose after 1 mth & 6 mth.
Drug interaction
Hepavax-Gene TF and other killed vaccines can be simultaneously given with different syringes and at different sites.
