Triamcinolone Acetonide (0.1% w/w)
Indication
Indicated as adjunctive treatment and temporary relieving inflammation and ulceration inside the mouth that is not related to herpes infection.
Instruction
Use Oralon Dental Paste exactly as your doctor has told you. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
1. A small dab of the Oralon Dental Paste is to applied to the lesion, two or three times a days.
2. Applying the paste with a cotton buds will help to eliminate any possible absorption from contact with skin.
3. The paste should be pressed, not rubbed, on the lesion. Rubbing the paste on the lesion will result in a granular, gritty sensation and cause it to crumble. A smooth, slippery film forms after application.
4. Oralon Dental Paste should be applied to the lesion after meals and at bed time.
Drug interaction
Always inform your doctor and pharmacist if you are taking any other medicines, including herbal tonics, supplements and medicines that you buy without prescription.
