Indication
HIV infection.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food.
Drug interaction
Abacavir: Decreased plasma conc w/ rifampicin, phenobarb, phenytoin. Decreased Cmax w/ methadone. Lamivudine: Increased AUC w/ co-trimoxazole, ethanol. Inhibited intracellular phosphorylation of cladribine.
