Indication
Overactive bladder w/ symptoms of urinary urgency, frequency or urge incontinence.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food.
Drug interaction
Increased serum conc w/ CYP3A4 inhibitors eg, macrolide antibiotics, antifungals, antiproteases. Decreased effect of prokinetics. Drugs that possess antimuscarinic properties.
