Highlights:
- Operator manually load the assemble product onto the nest and then manually scan the data matric barcode on the product before press the start button.
- After press start button, the 4 clamp mechanism will auto clamp to the product before the connector auto extend to auto connect to the product connector.
- After product is auto connected, then machine will start the functional test.
- Once completed, then the clamp mechanism will be auto unclamp before operator manually unload the product.
- The pass or fail result will be shown on the computer monitor.
