Malaysia Standard 1480:2019 is a food safety standard according to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) system. This standard specifies requirements for a food safety assurance programme where an organization in food supply chain need to demonstrate its ability to control foodborne hazards and produce food that is safe for human consumption. Compliance to the standard give official recognition to the organization’s practice elements of HACCP as well as meet the requirements of food safety and consumer requirements
2-Days course introduce the development of HAACP system accordance to MS 1480:2019 requirements. You will identify the core elements in developing HACCP Plan through understand fooborne hazards, critical control points, maintenance and improvement.
