Nylon shows various characteristics like high mechanical strength, high softening point and high temperature resistance(usually it works under the range from -40degree to +100degree), low coefficient of friction, wear and tear resistance, also shows self lubrication, impact absorption and noise reduction , oil resistance, weak acid resistance, alkali resistance and general solvents resistance.
MC Nylon has higher molecular weight and better performance than regular PA Nylon. The application of modified MC Nylon can be extended to all fields especially for gear, rack and transmission gear.
