● This product is manufactured by combining high-purity ceramic fibers
with thermoplastic resin and is designed for precision polishing in fine
or intricate areas. It can be categorized into flat and round shapes.
● The flat-shaped fibers are known for their strong flexibility, uniform and
well-packed grain particles, high hardness, and resistance to shedding.
They do not produce scratches on the surface during the polishing
process. These fibers are suitable for fine and intricate polishing in
areas like the grooves at the bottom of molds and narrow crevices.
They are used for processing narrow grooves, curved surfaces, and
deep areas that are difficult to polish on items such as plastic molds,
jade crafts, hard alloy workpieces, and similar objects. Additionally,
they are applicable for removing the hardened surface after mold
electrical discharge machining, mechanical cutting, eliminating rough
tool marks, erasing fine machining traces, and for general polishing, fine
grinding, or pre-mirror finishing.
