We successfully completed the design and construction of a Flammable Storage Warehouse for Paint Industies in Singapore, contributing to the expansion of logistic operations for loading/unloading bay and fire-rated storage of paint goods. This project required the construction of two warehouses and a loading/unloading shed, emphasizing safety and compliance with local standards.

Our scope of work included:

• Civil, Structural & Architectural design of two fire-rated warehouses and one loading/unloading shed
• Procurement of Mobile Ramp
• Construction of the warehouses and shed
• Fire-fighting design and protection systems in accordance with SCDF standards
