FERRODEC 56
Powder based product specially designed for the total stripping of aluminium and titanium-based layers.

• Concentration: 3% to 20% dissolved into water
• Hydrogen Peroxide (35% grade): 10% of total volume
• Temperature: Heat up and operate decoating 60 to 80°C (140 to 176°F)
• The kinetic reactions are fast, from 1 hour to 5 hours depending on the nature of the layer: Composition / Thickness / Structure / Mode of Deposition
• Ultrasonic and agitation improve performances
• The bath must be placed under a good or in a machine equipped with an air extractor
• The used bath must be stored in a suitable tk equipped with a safety valve, It must be disposed of as hazardous waste.
