The Macallan Sherry Oak 25 years old forms part of our Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. This special single malt delivers an intensely rich and full flavour character, citrus, dried fruits and wood smoke.
TASTING NOTES:
- Colour: Rich gold.
- Nose: Rich and aromatic, with an intense bouquet of dried fruits, vanilla, and ginger, complemented by notes of wood smoke, cinnamon, and polished oak.
- Palate: Luxuriously smooth and full-bodied, featuring flavors of dark chocolate, rich dried fruits, and sweet vanilla, balanced by hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a touch of sherry sweetness.
- Finish: Exceptionally long and warming, with lingering notes of sweet dried fruits, gentle spice, and a beautifully integrated oak character, leaving a sophisticated and memorable aftertaste.
