Easy-To-Apply Cementitious Waterproofing Slurry 

YHCoat-930 is a two part polymer modified cementitious waterproof mortar slurry comprising of a liquid polymer and a cement based mix incorporating special admixtures. It is applied to concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration.

• Interior waterproofing and damp-proofing of concrete
• rendering, brickwork and blockwork
• Bathrooms and kitchens
• Terraces and balconies
• Basements
• Retaining walls
• RC gutters and planter boxes

Specifications:

• Pull-off strength – 1.17 MPa
• Compressive strength – 17.5 MPa
• Flexural strength – 8.95 MPa
• Water vapor transmission rate – 1.02 x 10-6 kg (s.m2)

Recommendation dosage:

• 1.5-2.0 kg/m2 for 2 coats
