Each Candid V6 Vaginal Insert contains:
Clotrimazole: 100 mg
Indications:
Vaginal Thrush: Treatment of vaginal thrush, which is a fungal infection caused by Candida species.
Instructions:
Dosage: Insert one tablet into the vagina daily for six consecutive days, preferably at night. Alternatively, two tablets can be inserted daily for three consecutive days.
Administration: Use the applicator provided to insert the tablet as high as possible into the vagina. This is best achieved when lying back with legs bent up. Ensure hands or the applicator are washed before and after use. Avoid using tampons, intravaginal douches, spermicides, or other vaginal products while using this medication. Vaginal intercourse should be avoided during treatment to prevent infection transmission to the partner.
