Each tablet contains:
Linezolid: 600 mg
Indications:
Pneumonia: Used to treat community-acquired and nosocomial pneumonia.
Skin Infections: Used to treat complicated and uncomplicated skin and soft tissue infections.
Other Infections: Used for infections caused by susceptible strains of Gram-positive bacteria.
Instructions:
Dosage: The usual dose is one tablet (600 mg) every 12 hours for 10 to 14 days, depending on the type and severity of the infection.
Administration: Take the tablet with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. If you are on kidney dialysis, take Linezolid Sandoz after dialysis.
