The Rothschild family has been producing wine in Bordeaux since 1868 and know this beautiful landscape and understand the unique traits of the vines from each appellation. The family was inspired to create a new wine series, where each wine would be the epitome of the appellation it came from. Their motivation was simple: to ensure wine lovers everywhere could dive into Bordeaux and taste the originality of each appellation. And so, the Les Légendes range was born.
TASTING NOTES

Aroma: Dark berries like blackberry, blackcurrant, and Morello cherry form a juicy core. Subtle oak-derived accents—light mocha, toast, tobacco, and hints of smoke—create complexity.
Palate: Medium to medium full-bodied; rich and supple on the palate. Juicy red and black currant fruit with supple mocha and tobacco nuances. The tannin frame is silky, rounded, and well-integrated. Offers a dense, harmonious, and balanced palate with a lively aromatic finish—liquorice and candied licorice notes linger.
Finish: The finish is fresh and fruity, lingering with redcurrant, mocha, and gentle spice.
