Diploma Full Course
Course Objectives:
With Internationally recognized Certification students will learn more varieties of the baking products as well as understanding the method and Formula in details to produce quality products results. It is theory and practical classes with lots of hands on experiences. No prior knowledge is required and our aim is to ensure that students have confidence in the bakery industry.
- Certificate in Baking Science by Pastry Art & Culinary Academy
- Diploma in Patisserie by City & Guilds In London - External
- Certificate in Advance Baking From Taiwan School
Fee Course (RM 18,500.00)
(Including 2 set of uniform, cap, apron, recipe file and exam fee)
Requirements
- Minimum Admission age of 16
- Must have good attitude
Course Duration total of 10 Months
Study Course : 4 Months (approximately 800 hours of study) Public Holiday not included
Time : 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Lesson Day : Monday to Friday
Field industrial Training : 6 Months
Practical Training
Students have the optional choice in the field industry training of 6 months at our Facilities or with strategic alliance to build up their confidents & gave more knowledge by experiencing in the real industry.

Mousses & chilled cheese cakes preparation 15. Ice cream & dessert (hot & cold) 16. Sauces preparation (hot & cold) 17. Bread & bake Fermented products 18. Dough lamination products (croissant, Danish & Puff Pastry) 19. Quick breads & scones chemically aerated products 20. Pies production (sweet & savory) 21. Chocolate moulding & confectionery 22. Introduction to cake decoration using chocolate / butter cream / fresh cream & sugar paste 23. Latte Art Barista 24. Chocolate show piece decoration 25. Butter sculpture show piece decoration |
