Regular calibration is required to ensure your high-performance measurement equipment is operating to its specified performance. However, annual calibration cycles can come up at inconvenient times and encroach on project schedules or impact productivity. The Infiniium UXR-Series offers an optional self-calibration module capable of performing a full factory quality frame calibration. No longer do you have to lose productivity or time associated with sending your Infiniium UXR-Series oscilloscope in for calibration.

Calibrate one or more channels of your 13 to 33 GHz UXR oscilloscopes with N2127A, UXR’s 3.5 mm calibration module. It enables full factory quality frame calibration under the same environmental conditions as your DUT. An Indium Phosphide (InP) chipset, it generates a high-speed step to calibrate your channel. Time scale calibration is optionally supported with additional equipment. Included with the calibration module is a calibration certificate, 3.5 mm female to female adapter, and 40 GHz 50-Ohm SK-straight-Male SK-straight-Male coax cable.
