1) Filtration Monitoring System:
Using sand filter filtration technology, larger particles of dirt and impurities will be filtered out, reducing the total dissolved solids (TDS) and the rate of scale formation in the condensing water, which improves the rate of heat radiation. Coupled with pressure sensor and automatic back-wash system, waste water can be greatly reduced.
2) Bacteria Monitoring System:
The bacteria monitoring system consists of two components. The first component is a purification and stabilizing agent release device. Purifiers and stabilizers can effectively remove algae and bacteria, including E. coli and Legionella Pneumophilla.
The second component is patent Disinfection module and proven to be a very effective method for water purification.
Combining these two components, algae will be removed and bacteria in the condensing water can be effectively controlled in an ideal condition.
3) Descaling System
The EXCELTEST SYNERGY Descaling System is a physical property descaling device. Using modern micro-processing and frequency signal technology, thousands of complex and variable frequencies are produced every second. Induction coils transmit the frequencies which transform the molecular structure of scale which breakdown into aragonite, resulting in scale elimination and prevents new scale formation. Aragonite is a water soluble floating solid crystalline material which can be discharged by sewage.
EXCELTEST SYNERGY System Operating Principle:
* Condensing water enters the system by suction, filtration starts;
* Filtration has two parts: a) coarse filtration and b) fine filtration
a) Coarse filtration: filters larger objects;
b) Fine filtration: filters objects up to 10 micron;
*After filtration, water passes through the bacteria monitoring system
with Disfection System to eliminate algae, bacteria and other microorganisms.
* The descaling system then removes the scaling agents in the condensing water and from the pipelines;
* Treated water and wave frequency and then back through the pipe
tower basin or pond, and after water circulation passage into the industrial equipment such as oil heat
exchangers, water molds, injection molding machine gun barrels etc., continue to perform sterilization
cleaning function, until completely purified, and maintained in the long run.
Performance Target:
* Maintain water quality all the time so that cleaning of condenser tube is not necessary. Heat exchange is
therefore always kept at top efficiency. This shows by maintaining the condenser approach temperature at
low level and Coefficient of Performance (COP) of the chiller systems at high level in the long run, thence
achieve energy saving effect;
*Cleaning of condenser tubes and cooling tower fillers will NOT be required, thus saving substantial costs
and help to protect the environment.
* Prevent the formation of scale, algae and bio-film;
* Ensure result of water sample analysis within range (pH value, Total Dissolved Solid, Heterotrophic Colony
Count, Legionella Bacteria, Total Bacteria Count, etc. ); and
