Indication
Major depressive disorder.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food: Take at the same time each day. Swallow whole, do not divide/crush/chew/dissolve tab.
Drug interaction
Serotonergic drugs eg, lithium, sibutramine, tramadol, St. John's wort, MAOIs, linezolid, tryptophan supplements. CNS-active drugs, alcohol. CYP3A4 inhibitors, drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 & 3A4.
