• '@ Print on: EB21s can print on water absorbing and semi porous materials, including: paper, cloth, carton, wood, etc.

• '@ Condition: EB21s is aqueous ink. It normally takes a few seconds for the ink to dry but can take longer depending on application and environment. When the machine prompts the ink is low and ask to add ink, you could add 25g ink into the cartridge by uses the refill bottle ink (HFE-2000).

Precautions and Maintenance

 

The cartridge should be stored in the shady, cool and dry area and avoid direct sunlight due to the particularity of ink.

2. If it’s not operating for more than 10 minutes, please take out the ink cartridge from the printer and protect the print nozzle with the original cover came with the package when not in use. Otherwise, the ink cartridge head may dry out and print quality could be affected.

3. The cartridges from BENTSAI can only use the original printers of BENTSAI company, which is incompatible with other brands. If forced to use, it may burn the machine or the encryption chip.

4. Aqueous ink works with all BENTSAI printers. Please make sure your print on materials are water-soluble before purcahse.

     1. What is the different with EB22B-L Black ink cartridges?

     EB21B is aqueous ink only print on Porous surfaces, mainly water absorbent surfaces. EB22B-L is fast dry ink, it could print on both porous and non-porous substrate.

     2. Can I use other brand's ink cartridge instead of Bentsai?

      Sorry, you cannot use other brand's cartridges for Bentsai's printer. Printers from BENTSAI can only work with original cartridges from our company, any force to use an aftermarket cartridge could burn the machine or the encryption chip.

     3. Can I use this product for BT-HH6105 Series printer?

     This EB21B can only apply to B30, B35, B80 and B85 Handheld Printer. The BT-2560N can apply to BT-HH6105 Series printer including B1, B2 and B3.
