Automated PCB Pick and Place Dual Picker Machine

Highlights:
- Operator will manually load full tray into tray fixture.
- The TheXYZ Servo Actuator will pick the product PCB into FCT tester for Testing.
- Then second picker will pick again another PCB product to standby.
- Once FCT Testing is complete, Right picker will pick out PCB from Tester and Left picker will place new PCB into FCT Tester to do testing again.
- The after pass tested PCB product will put back to the original jedectray.
- For the fail tested PCB Product, it will place on the reject tray which sittedat the last jedectray.
- All product will be scanned by barcode scanner for tracibility. At the same time, The barcode scanner can detect the orientation of PCB and rotate to correct orientation before place into FCT Teste.
- Cycle time is 3.5s for automation side. Machine Cycle time depend on FCT Tester time.
