The Octopus T Series stretch wrapper is designed for fast production lines in industries like food, beverage, construction, and tissue. It has a double film carriage and seaming unit that can apply film together or separately for quick wrapping. When used with the optional Fast Cycle conveyor, it can cut conveying time in half. This increased line speed also allows for more efficient use of floor space when used in a single-line setup.
There are 6 options for this machine which is :
1. Load stabilizer: Ensures unstable loads remain intact throughout the wrapping cycle
2. Integrated top sheet dispenser: provides automatic weatherproofing without taking up floor space.
3. Corner post device (CPD): Inserts for solid corner posts at the corner of the load.
4. Reel change system (RCS): Changes the reels of the stretch film without manual intervention, saving time and money.
5. Lay on force control: Maximizes production effiency
6. Top Sheet reel lift : descends to floor level for easy loading.
