Active Ingredients:
Orphenadrine citrate (35 mg): A skeletal muscle relaxant.
Paracetamol (450 mg): An analgesic and antipyretic.
Excipients: Includes stabilizing agents and inactive ingredients.
Indication
Used for the treatment of:
Tension headaches caused by muscle spasms in the head and neck region.
Muscle pain associated with spasms.
Instruction
Dosage:
Adults: 2 tablets, 3 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare provider.
Maximum dose: 6 tablets per day.
Administration:
Take orally with water, with or without food.
May be taken with meals if gastrointestinal discomfort occurs.
Precautions:
Avoid use in patients with hypersensitivity to orphenadrine, paracetamol, or any excipients.
Not recommended for patients with glaucoma, enlarged prostate, or myasthenia gravis.
Monitor for potential side effects such as drowsiness, dry mouth, or dizziness.
Do not take other paracetamol-containing products simultaneously to prevent overdose.
