While we on the equipment , as the water inside tank or container with start to flow out and flow into tank in a continuous flowing mode. While we pour in the powder or gel into the funnel on top, we can open the ball valve as the vacuum suction generate automatically as venturi efffect in the show. 

As the powder flow into the chamber to mix with circulation water , the powder will wetted simultaneously to prevent lumping and fish eyes results..
