Instructions for Use:

1. Handling:

   • Handle with care to avoid mechanical damage.
   • Do not apply excessive force to the leads during soldering or handling.

2. Soldering:

   • Preheat the thermistor to reduce thermal shock.
   • Solder quickly to avoid overheating; maximum soldering temperature is 260°C for 5 seconds.
   • Allow the thermistor to cool naturally after soldering.

3. Mounting:

   • Ensure the thermistor is securely mounted to maintain good thermal contact with the surface being measured.
   • Avoid placing the thermistor near heat sources that could affect its accuracy.

4. Electrical Connections:

   • Connect the thermistor in a circuit where it can be used to measure temperature changes.
   • Use appropriate wiring and connectors to minimize electrical noise and interference.

5. Calibration:

   • Calibrate the thermistor using known temperature points to ensure accurate readings.
   • Refer to the beta (B) value and resistance at 25°C for calibration calculations.

6. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
   • Keep in original packaging to prevent damage and contamination.
