Instructions for Use:

   • The holding current should be between 5 and 15 mA to maintain the device in the on state.

4. Thermal Management:

   • Monitor the junction temperature to ensure it does not exceed 125掳C.
   • Store the device in an environment where the temperature ranges from -40掳C to 125掳C.

5. Handling:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid mechanical damage.
   • Use appropriate ESD protection to prevent damage from static electricity.

6. Testing:

   • Before installing the device in a circuit, test it to ensure it meets the specified parameters.
   • Use a suitable testing setup to avoid damaging the device during testing.
