Instructions:

1. Handling:

   • Handle with care to avoid mechanical damage.
   • Use appropriate ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions to prevent damage from static electricity.

2. Soldering:

   • Preheat the board to 120掳C for 3 minutes before soldering.
   • Soldering temperature should not exceed 260掳C.
   • Soldering time should not exceed 10 seconds per terminal.

3. Mounting:

   • Ensure the mounting surface is clean and free of contaminants.
   • Apply a small amount of solder paste to the terminals before placing the component.
   • Use a reflow soldering process with a peak temperature of 245掳C.

4. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
   • Recommended storage temperature: -10掳C to +40掳C.
   • Humidity should be kept below 60%.

5. Testing:

   • Test the inductance using an LCR meter after installation.
   • Verify the DC resistance to ensure it meets the specified value.

6. Application:

   • Suitable for use in power supplies, filters, and other applications requiring high inductance and low DC resistance.
