Instructions for Use:

1. Mounting and Handling:

   • Maintain gate current above the holding current (IH) to keep the device in the on-state.

5. Surge Handling:

   • For applications involving surge currents, ensure they do not exceed the maximum surge current rating (I(TSM)).

6. Storage and Environment:

   • Store the device in a dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
   • Ensure the storage temperature remains within the specified range (-40°C to +125°C).
