Instructions for Use
Power Supply Connections:
- Connect the positive supply voltage to pin 6 (V+) and the negative supply voltage to pin 4 (V-). Ensure that the supply voltage range is within ±5V to ±18V.
Input Signal Connections:
- Connect the input signal to the non-inverting (+IN) and inverting (-IN) inputs on pins 2 and 3 respectively. Be mindful of the common-mode input voltage range relative to the supply voltages.
Output Connections:
- The output can be taken from pin 7 (OUT). Note the output voltage swing capabilities when designing the load circuitry.
Biasing and Decoupling:
- Use appropriate decoupling capacitors close to the power supply pins to minimize noise and ensure stable operation. Typically, a 0.1 μF capacitor is recommended.
Handling Precautions:
- The device is sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD); handle with care and follow proper ESD precautions.
Operating Temperature Range:
- The specified operating temperature range for the INA114AU is from -40°C to +85°C. Ensure that the ambient temperature does not exceed these limits during operation.
Mounting and Storage:
- Store the device in a dry environment and mount it according to manufacturer guidelines to avoid mechanical stress which could affect performance.
