Instructions for Use:

3. Surge Protection: The BYV27-100 can handle peak forward surge currents up to 80A. Ensure that transient conditions do not exceed this limit to prevent damage.
4. Temperature Monitoring: Monitor the operating temperature of the device to ensure it remains within the specified range of -55°C to 175°C. Exceeding these limits can lead to reduced performance or failure.
5. Storage Conditions: Store the diode in an environment with temperatures ranging from -55°C to 150°C to avoid degradation.
