Instructions for LM3578
Power Supply Connection:
- Connect the input voltage (VIN) between the VIN pin and ground.
- Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range of 8V to 40V.
Frequency Setting:
- The switching frequency can be set by an external resistor connected between the RT/CT pin and ground.
- Choose the value of the resistor based on the desired switching frequency within the 50kHz to 200kHz range.

- When the shutdown pin is pulled low, the supply current drops to about 0.5μA.
