Instructions for Use:
- Mounting: Ensure the device is mounted on a suitable heatsink to maintain junction temperature within specified limits.
- Voltage Handling: Do not exceed the repetitive peak off-state voltage (V DRM) of 600V under any circumstances to prevent damage.
- Current Management: Keep the on-state current (I T(on)) below 400mA and ensure the holding current (I H) remains between 5mA and 15mA to maintain proper operation.
- Gate Triggering: The gate trigger current (I GT) should be set appropriately between 5mA and 25mA for reliable triggering.
- Temperature Monitoring: Monitor the junction temperature (T J) to ensure it does not exceed 125°C. The storage temperature range (T STG) must also be maintained between -40°C and 125°C.
- Handling Precautions: Handle with care to avoid electrostatic discharge (ESD) which can damage sensitive components. Use appropriate ESD protection measures.
