Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the specified operating range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
Input Levels:
- For a valid low input level (VIL), the input voltage should be between 0V and 0.8V.
- For a valid high input level (VIH), the input voltage should be between 2.0V and VCC.
Output Levels:
- When the output is high (VOH), it should provide at least 3.9V under the condition of IO = -0.4mA at room temperature (TA = 25°C).
- When the output is low (VOL), it should not exceed 0.4V under the condition of IO = 16mA at room temperature (TA = 25°C).
Propagation Delay:
- The propagation delay time (tpd) from input change to corresponding output change should be around 7ns when VCC = 5V and at room temperature (TA = 25°C).
Power Dissipation:
- The power dissipation per package should not exceed 150mW.
