Build the Tower of Friendship

Description:
Individual group will have to build a portion of tower separately and they only can communicate through their leaders with other tribes. In the end, all portions of the tower are brought together, and it must somehow fit to support the building.
 
Objectives:

1. Working with limited resources and thus having cost saving mindset but never lack on quality.
2. Planning for success and managing different people in difficult situation.
3. Having the one tribe success mindset of a collective goal and direction, even though they are working in a different department or division.
4. Managing Gen Y expectation and across all different generations in order to achieve a collective mindset for success.
